Challenges
Parents often called the school to ask where the bus was, overwhelming staff.
Routes and schedules were managed on paper.
Solutions
A GPS device on each bus sends its position periodically, and parents get a notification when the bus approaches their stop.
An admin panel to manage routes, schedules, and the student list for each bus.
